I have one of these in my 2+2 and it's footprint is pretty minimal. It actually takes the place of the headlight aiming kit and it sorta wraps around the spare tire well. I actually found this one 9-10 years ago w/o the sub...which I then equipped with a JBL 10". For a non-ported box, it's got a decent output. Also, I ended up putting the amp under the pass seat so I had some lines to run...but it wasn't terrible.
I don't think the 2+0 version of the JL Stealth box was quite as "stealthy". The boxes that ZonaZ makes look and fit really well (they occupy some side space)...but you could get just one side potentially and it should be enough for your needs.
